Everyone has a time in their life where they become complacent. Whether it be with your daily workout plan or your new lifestyle change which consist of new eating habits, you get to a place where you get comfortable. A little to comfortable. Well I will tell you that complacency is to be expected in life. What matters is how long you stay there. Be complacent for a minute then get back up and get back at it. Don’t give up.
